1783 1C Washington & Independence Cent, Draped Bust, No Button, Copper Restrike, Engrailed Edge PR65 Brown PCGS. Baker-3, the W.S. Lincoln restrike with Large 3 in date. Despite the Brown designation, this well-defined Gem proof shows considerable orange overtones to the otherwise chocolate-brown surfaces.
