1800 1/2 C --Obverse Scratched--NCS. Unc. Details. C-1, B-1, R.1. A curved, intermittent mark travels from the obverse rim at 10 o'clock to the central hair ribbon. Liberty's eye has a round indentation. The reverse field and left obverse border are minutely granular. Still a lustrous and well defined powder-blue and tan example.
