Description
1895 Quarter PR 68 NGC. As hesitant as we are to call any coin flawless, we have been unable to locate any defects on this extraordinary coin. The obverse is mostly brilliant with a bit of russet patina over the motto and across the date. The reverse is quite different with all of that side draped in gunmetal-gray and rose patina. The heavily frosted devices provide a stark contrast against the illimitible depth of mirrored reflectivity in the fields.
