1916 5C Error Buffalo Nickel--Struck 10% Off Center--MS65 NGC. A wide arc of blank flan is seen on the lower obverse and upper reverse. The thick, satiny mint luster is overlaid by deep gray-olive toning on each side. Sharply defined.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22RA, PCGS# 3930, Greysheet# 3081)
