1803 1C Small Date, Small Fraction AU58 PCGS. S-255, B-14, R.1. Luster glimmers from Liberty's hair, the wreath, and the legends. The deep walnut-brown surfaces are only moderately abraded, with two thin lines on the upper neck noted for pedigree purposes. A few specks of debris are present near STATES.
