Stunning 1859 PR65 Cameo Half Dime

1859 H10C PR65 Cameo PCGS. Al Blythe (1992) does not give the mintage of 1859 proof half dimes, but contends that "60 to 75 remain." This PR65 Cameo exhibits white surfaces that show exceptional contrast between sharply struck, highly frosted motifs and mirrored fields. A couple of obverse lint marks are noted.
