Undesignated Prooflike Fields
1866 3CS MS65 NGC. CAC. A deeply prooflike Gem, showing
brilliant surfaces and sharply struck design elements. A few small
russet toning freckles are visible on the reverse. The 1866 three
cent silver is seldom seen in this grade, and CAC-approved
specimens are rare. Census: 11 in 65 (1 in 65+, 1 in 65★ ),
17 finer. CAC: 6 in 65, 14 finer (1/22).From The Gold Coast Collection.(Registry values: N1793)
