Prooflike 1867 Seated Dime, MS64
1867 10C MS64 PCGS. This prooflike near-Gem has a good strike and features dusky gunmetal-gray toning. Glimpses of aqua, rose, and chestnut emerge when the piece is rotated beneath a light. Struck from a multiply clashed obverse die. Only 6,000 pieces were struck, since fractional currency was commonplace.
