1899-O $1 Micro O, VAM-31, MS62 PCGS. A Top 100 variety. A
curious but extremely popular variety, the Micro O displays the
mintmark punched approximately the size seen on a dime. VAM-31
shows the mintmark placed further right than normal and tilted
right, and is an elusive, distinctive variety that is prized by
collectors in all grades and conditions. This attractive MS62
specimen exhibits well-detailed design elements on fully brilliant
surfaces and ample satiny mint luster. Only a few minor abrasions
