1896 1C Cent--Double Struck--AU55 ANACS. The first strike is normal, while the second strike is 75% off center at 2 o'clock relative to the second strike and 11 o'clock relative to the first strike. The first three digits of the date are visible on the second strike, which obliterates most of STATES from the first strike.
