Description
1858 Seated Half Dime, MS68★
Pop 1/0, Uniquely Deep Luster
1858 H10C MS68★ NGC. CAC. This is one of the greatest Stars
Obverse, No Arrows type coins known to exist. Not only is this
piece sharp and virtually flawless in its preservation, but the
original mint luster is uniquely deep. At least two sets of clash
marks are visible. We have previously handled only two separate
examples of this issue in MS68, although both lacked the Star
designation possessed by this superlative specimen. Census: 4 in 68
