Charles & Johanna "Early Series" 4 Reales ND (1538-1541) M-P XF40 NGC, Mexico City mint, KM17, Cal-123, Nesmith-26. oMo-oPo variety. This seldom-seen subvariety is marked by the full elimination of Gothic lettering on both sides, along with several design revisions. The crowns on the pillars now feature more elaborate, continuous ornamentation, and the legend dividers have been redesigned, using lozenges or diamond shapes in place of the earlier dots or double annulets.Metal: Silver
