Noe-33, Likely One of the Finest

1652 Pine Tree Sixpence, Pellets at Trunk, Noe-33, W-670, Salmon 2-B, R.3, AU58 NGC. 33.3 grains. Pellets at trunk. Lovely gray and dark blue colors are complemented with traces of iridescent highlights on both sides. Noe-33 is differentiated by the misaligned obverse. This appears to be one of the finest surviving examples of the variety, finer than either the Hain or Ford specimens, based on plate comparisons. Listed on page 9 of the 2026 Guide Book.
