1739 Admiral Vernon Medal, Porto Bello, Adams-PBv-18-N, R.8 -- Damaged -- NGC Details. VF. Ex: Admiral Vernon Collection. Copper alloy. 38.6 mm. This variety shares the 17-N reverse and is extremely rare in any condition. The present example displays smooth chocolate-brown surfaces, though numerous old gouges on the obverse prohibit a numeric grade. Moderate wear determines the VF level.Auction Info
