Prussia. Friedrich Wilhelm IV silver Specimen "600th Anniversary of Königsberg" Medal 1855 SP63 PCGS, Sommer-K14. Marienburg-2702. 62mm. By FW Kullrich. In a round medallion in the center, the bust of Frederick William IV, surrounded by octagonal medallions, the busts and names of Ludwig von Erlichshausen, Frederick William the Great Elector, Frederick the Great, Albert of Prussia, and Winrich von Kniprode. Below are the Teutonic Order and Prussian shields. / REGIOMONTUM PER SEX SAECULA FLORENS, the crowned Prussian eagle with outstretched wings, seated on a frame partially bordered with oak branches, within a veduta of Königsberg. Below are the coats of arms of Königsberg, Löbenicht, and Kneiphof on oak branches. The first of this large silver Medal celebrating six centuries of the East Prussian city Königsberg (now Kaliningrad in Russia) we've ever offered, very scarce.
