Description
1857-O Quarter Eagle, MS61
Meager 34,000-Coin Mintage

eagle issue is very scarce with a mintage of 34,000 coins and an

struck at the centers, but not so here. The stars display complete

one may hope to find. Bright yellow-gold surfaces are lustrous with
light marks. Census: 32 in 61, 15 finer (1/17).(Registry values: P2)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25JE, PCGS# 7784, Greysheet# 8383)
