1911 Indian Quarter Eagle, MS65
Rarely Offered Finer
1911 $2 1/2 MS65 NGC. A well-struck example, showing satiny
yellow-gold luster and minimal abrasions. Eye appeal is pleasing.
There is minute softness on the lower headdress feathers. The 1911
Indian quarter eagle is collectible in MS65, but finer pieces are
rare. NGC lists only eight higher-grade representatives
(11/21).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2893, PCGS# 7942, Greysheet# 8606)
