1856 $1 AU53 PCGS. OC-1, R.2. The 1856 is scarce in all
grades and especially challenging in mint condition. This AU53
example shows slight evidence of die polishing in the fields,
common to most Seated dollars. The centers are pale gray and the
margins lightly toned reddish-russet. An attractive, problem-free
