1892-O $10 MS62 PCGS. Variety 1. The New Orleans Mint did not strike any gold coins between 1889 and 1891, but in 1892 the facility coined 10,000 half eagles and 26,688 eagles. The latter issue is typically encountered in AU50 through MS62 grades, and is rare any finer.
