1899 1C PR66 Red PCGS. The strike is bold and the pristine surfaces are essentially mark-free, with highly reflective fields and rich cherry-red patina that changes to iridescent green on the reverse. There are a few tiny carbon specks on the obverse. Population: 21 in 66, 11 finer (4/03).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22AM, PCGS# 2386, Greysheet# 1666)
