The Jeffrey Fisher - Duke's Creek Collection of Dahlonega Gold, Plus Additional Gold Rarities Highlight Heritage's Atlanta ANA Signature Auction of U.S. Coins

Dallas, Texas: Extraordinary rarities from across the range of gold and silver American coins will be auctioned by Heritage Auction Galleries at their Atlanta ANA Signature Auction, being held April 6-7.

"Heritage has the privilege of offering three exceptional gold collections - the Jeffrey Fisher - Duke's Creek Collection of Dahlonega Gold, the Lake Highland Collection, and the Alexander Collection - in Atlanta," noted Heritage President Greg Rohan. "While very different in their focus, each of them exhibits a dedication to rarity and quality that defines a great numismatic pursuit. Duke's Creek has a world-class reputation and exhibits superb pedigrees on many of the coins. While the Lake Highland and Alexander Collections contain several denominations, their emphasis on proof gold double eagles - Liberty for Lake Highlands and Saint-Gaudens for Alexander - presents superb opportunities for the specialists demanding the highest quality. Additional gold rarities like the Waldo Newcomer discovery specimen of the extremely rare 1849-C Open Wreath Gold Dollar, graded AU58, are American classics. We will also be offering another selection of Charlotte gold from the Carolina Gold Collection."
