Heritage's Dallas Signature Auction of U.S. Coins Features Significant Rarities
Dallas, Texas. A wide-ranging offering of numismatic rarities will cross the auction block at Heritage's Dallas Signature Auction, being held July 7-8 at Heritage's worldwide headquarters in Dallas. "Between our Signature and OnLine sessions, we are auctioning more than 6,000 lots," enthused Heritage President Greg Rohan. Dallas Signature lots will be available for viewing at the Mid-America Coin Show in Rosemont, Illinois June 22 - 24, and in Dallas starting July 5.
"With so many lots to view," added Heritage CEO Steve Ivy. "I recommend that bidders preview the catalog online at www.HeritageAuctions.com/Coins.
The Dallas Signature Auction contains consignments from more than 175 consignors, highlighted by the Jackson Hole Collection, our anchor consignment. The Jackson Hole Collection is especially rich in U.S. gold, containing more than five dozen pieces, including 48 double eagles and a pair of High Relief double eagles (one Gem and the other MS64).
"With 6,000+ lots of certified numismatic material to consider," concluded Rohan, "valued at $7-$8 million, this may be an ideal opportunity for you to come to Dallas for lot inspection and to attend the auction in person! This will be a wonderful chance to examine quality material."
