Heritage to Conduct June Long Beach Signature Auctions
Dallas, Texas: Heritage's June Long Beach Signature Auction will be held June 3 to 5 at the Long Beach Convention Center. The six-session auction features more than 4,100 lots, and marks Heritage's 41st major sale as the official auctioneer of the Long Beach Coin Expo.
According to Heritage President Greg Rohan, "The June 3rd Platinum Night session will be the highlight of the Signature Auction. This special catalog and night will see some of the very finest coins that we are auctioning at Long Beach offered together in one session. A marvelous old-time consignment, The Harold W. Anderson Collection, will also be hammered down on Platinum Night and will have a separate catalog."
Ancient and World coins are the focus of Heritage World Coin Auctions, which hosts a 2,495 lot Signature Auction in three sessions between June 3 and 4 at the June Long Beach convention.
The lots in the June Long Beach Bullet Auction will also be available for bidder inspection during the Signature auctions . The Bullet Auction will take place on Monday, June 7, at Heritage's award-winning website, www.HeritageCoin.com. In addition, bids for the Signature lots can be placed online until the evening prior to the auction session.
Registry Sets of popular 20th century series are an important part of today's auction scene. The Jack R. Canniff #1 Registry Collection of Washington Quarters and The Kyle Patrick Registry Collection of Lincoln Cents continue the recent Heritage tradition of offering high ranking Registry Sets at auction. The David J. Greene Collection of Buffalo Nickel Errors will be of interest to both specialists and mint error enthusiasts.
