1917-D 50C Reverse MS61 NGC. Somewhat softly struck, satiny, and virtually untoned, save for a tiny amount of speckled patina near the obverse borders. The surfaces are free of distracting marks, but the luster is not quite full. A conditionally scarce issue in Mint State, despite a fairly sizeable original mintage figure.(#6571) (Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24PS, PCGS# 6571, Greysheet# 6714)
