Description
1860 Abraham Lincoln-Hannibal Hamlin Presidential ferrotype campaign medal, DeWitt-Sullivan AL 1860-96, VF. This is the solid brass type of this ferrotype, with reeded edge, holed as made. Both images have normal crazing for period tin types. The Lincoln portrait is Number 3, reproduced from a Currier and Ives lithograph.
