1913-D 25C MS63 PCGS. Somewhat softly struck on the eagle's wingtips and claws, with lovely pastel green color overall, yielding to russet-orange near the borders. A wispy scrape, on the base of Liberty's portrait, is the only visible distraction. Population: 25 in 63, 48 finer (8/03).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23ZV, PCGS# 5665, Greysheet# 5455)
