1652 SHILNG Pine Tree Shilling, Small Planchet--Environmental Damage--NCS. XF Details. Crosby 14-R, Noe-29, R.3. 71.0 gn. Deep olive-gray with peripheral dark russet patina. Mildly granular, and the central reverse has a few wispy hairlines. Some of the upper letters are softly brought up and are partly off the flan, but the overall strike is good.
