Description

1870 25C Standard Silver Quarter Dollar, Judd-900, Pollock-1015, R.5-6, PR63 PCGS. Liberty faces right, and has a ponytail in addition to hair tresses that extend below her shoulder. Struck in silver with a reeded edge. Sea-green, gold, and champagne-rose hues invigorate this sharply struck pattern. Liberty's neck has heavy die polish lines, as produced, and the fields have faint wispy hairlines. Population: 10 in 63, 8 finer (4/03).
