    Rare Arizona Territory Alex Levin Token, One of Two Known

    (1878-87) Tucson, Arizona Territory, Alex Levin, VF-XF Uncertified. Very rare. Only two pieces are known. Good For "One Bit" = one real or 12 1/2 cents. Listed in Rulau's United States Tokens 1700-1900 as Az-Tc 2, circa 1878-87. Struck by the Charles Pick & Co., Chicago. The catalog value in VF is $1,000, but this piece is a step up from that.
