    1902 MS Thomas L. Elder, Pittsburg, PA, DeLorey-2, Unc Uncertified. Aluminum, 31 mm. An important coin dealer token from a 28 year old Thomas Elder, issued three years before his first coin auction. Thomas DeLorey reports that 100 were struck in copper and 1,000 in aluminum. According to DeLorey, this was Elder's first store card and its distribution was suppressed due to the incorrect spelling of PROFICIO (Profico). Reflective and lustrous light gray surfaces.
