Die State 3.0. The 12 Stars obverse easily identifies this Guide
Book variety. It is unknown whether the 13th star was omitted
intentionally or not. Marvelous chocolate-brown surfaces display
surprisingly few blemishes for the technical assessment. The stars
lack full centers and high-point detail is moderately incomplete,
