1888 5C MS66+ PCGS. CAC. This frosty Premium Gem has
brilliant light gray luster under delicate champagne toning. The
strike is exceptional, showing full hair and star details on the
obverse, and nearly every kernel of corn in both branches of the
wreath. While a single finer example resides in a PCGS holder, this
piece is tied for the second finest certified and will hold a place
of honor in a Set Registry collection. Population: 26 in 66 (3 in
