George III gold Half Sovereign 1820, S3786, KM673, MS64 Terner Collection PCGS, a beautiful choice coin having smooth satiny luster, tiny abrasions in the mint frost, and more than a little eye-appeal. As well, 1820 is far more difficult to locate in this condition than 1817, which however is given the same value in the newest SCBC (£875 in Unc, about $1,500 as we are working on the sale). Formerly in the Jacob Y. Terner Collection, as noted on the grading insert.Metal: Gold
