George IV gold Proof 1/2 Sovereign 1826 PR64 NGC, KM700, S-3804. Exceptionally choice for the type with excellent color atop the surfaces and clarity in the mirrored fields, as well as thick frost on the central portraits that creates a distinguished cameo effect. Certified prior to NGC's adoption of the Cameo designation, and as such, a lock to receive notation if resubmitted to NGC or PCGS.
