George V gold Proof Sovereign 1923-SA PR64 PCGS, Pretoria mint, KM21, S-4004. Visually outstanding, with pale-golden surfaces that flash with unstoppable mint bloom; towering, squared-off rims; and design motifs that are noticeably crisp even to the unaided eye. This issue, which asserts a scant mintage of just 655 pieces, is decidedly scarce in all levels, but even more so at this premium level of preservation, and as such, should garner much attention from collectors.
