Center struck on a large flan with a medallic quality to the devices as well as evidence of fresh die polish that carries the emission to the cusp of a Prooflike designation. Although this is not a rare date, we seldom encounter examples as radiant as this specimen. While two Prooflike examples occupy NGC's census, including the astounding Rudman example we handled in 2014, the advanced visual qualities to warrant the star designation are undeniable and will certainly contribute to an advanced bid.Ex.
