Originally Toned 1899 Proof 64 ICG Morgan Dollar
1899 $1 Dollar PR 64 ICG. Rich russet-gray toning is highlighted by splashes of crimson, sea-green, and electric-blue. The reflective surfaces display scattered hairlines that limit the grade.
