    1880-S $1 dollar MS 62 PCGS, untoned and lustrous, the surfaces are remarkably free of mentionable distractions; 1885-O dollar AU 50 Questionable Toning (MS 64 International Coin Grading Service), the purple-gray toning that dominates the obverse is intended to mask the numerous contact marks and obvious wear; 1887 dollar MS 63 PCI, the obverse of this example displays variegated swirls of gold, orange, electric-blue, and pink iridescence; 1887-O dollar AU 50 (MS 64 International Coin Grading Service), essentially untoned, the faces are moderately abraded; and a 1921 Peace dollar AU 55 Cleaned PCI, scattered hairlines are evident on both sides of this lightly circulated specimen.
