Lot of ten (10) Æ sestertii.  Includes: (1-4) Severus Alexander (AD 222-235); four coins, reverses include Annona with grain ears (RIC 518), Jupiter with thunderbolt (RIC 558), Roma enthroned left (RIC 602), Victory attaching shield (RIC 616) // (5-6) Maximinus I Thrax (AD 235-238), two coins, reverses include Salus feeding serpent (RIC 64), Providentia and globe (RIC 61). // (7-9) Gordian III (AD 238-244), three coins, reverses include Laetitia standing (RIC 300a), Jupiter with scepter (RIC 299a), and emperor sacrificing (RIC 291). // (10) Trebonianus Gallus (AD 251-253), reverse emperor sacrificing (RIC 100). An attractive lot in a custom holder; coins grade Very Fine to Good Very Fine, with varying patination.
