Christ, nimbate, seated facing on backless throne, wearing pallium and colobium, raising right hand in benediction and holding Book of Gospels in left; IC-XC across fields / IΩ ΔECΠOTH, half-figures of John (on left), wearing crown and loros, mappa in right hand, and the Virgin (on right), nimbate, wearing pallium and maphorium, left hand raised in benediction, both holding patriarchal cross between them; Manus Dei above emperor, MHR ligate-ΘV across upper and right fields.
