ATTICA. Athens. Ca. 2nd-1st centuries BC. AR tetradrachm (31mm, 16.82 gm, 12h). NGC Choice XF 5/5 - 4/5. New Style coinage, ca. 106/5 BC, 10th month, Theodotus, Cleophanes, and Popli-, magistrates. Head of Athena right, wearing triple-crested Attic helmet decorated with a vine scroll, Pegasus above filled upturned cheek flap, protomes of four horses above visor / A-ΘE / ΘEO/ΔO/TOΣ / KΛE/OΦA/NHΣ / ΠO/ΠΛI, owl standing right on overturned amphora decorated with I (month), head facing; AΠ (engraver) below. HGC 4, 1602. Thompson 775b (138/7 BC).

新風格系列鑄幣，約公元前106/5年，第十月，狄奧多圖、克利奧法內及珀利任裁判官。雅典娜面右頭像，戴三重冠飾的阿提卡式頭盔，飾有葡萄藤，上翻的頰片上有飛馬，面甲上方駟馬頭像。背面幣文A-THE/THEO/DO/TOS/KLE/OPHA/NES/PO/PLI，貓頭鷹向右立於橫置的雙耳瓶上，瓶身飾I（月份），頭視前方；APH（雕刻師）在下方。參HGC 4, 1602. Thompson 775b (138/7 BC)。
