Head of young Herakles right, wearing lion's skin headdress / Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and scepter; in left field, plow. Price 3033. VF, surface marks, small area of find patina on edge.

A late lifetime issue of Alexander the Great probably struck from the silver from the Persian treasury to pay soldiers returning to Greece at the end of the eastern campaigns.
