Head of young Herakles right, wearing lion's skin headdress / Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and scepter; in left field, plow. Price 3033. VF, surface marks, small area of find patina on edge.A late lifetime issue of Alexander the Great probably struck from the silver from the Persian treasury to pay soldiers returning to Greece at the end of the eastern campaigns.
