Sicily, Lilybaion. Ca. 330-305 B.C. AR tetradrachm (23 mm, 16.14 g). Siculo-Punic issue. Charioteer driving quadriga left, holding kentron and reins; Nike flying above crowning charioteer, Punic 'RSMLQRT' in exergue / Wreathed head of Arethusa right, wearing triple pendant earring and necklace; three dolphins swimming around.
