MACEDONIAN KINGDOM. Alexander III the Great (336-323 BC). AV stater (18mm, 8.57 gm, 10h). NGC VF 5/5 - 4/5. Lifetime-early posthumous issue, Amphipolis, ca. 330-320 BC. Head of Athena right, hair in three tight corkscrew curls, another curl at temple, and two more over left shoulder, wearing double beaded necklace and triple-crested Corinthian helmet pushed back on head, short divergent crest ends, bowl decorated with coiled serpent right / AΛEΞANΔPOY, Nike standing facing, head left, wreath in outstretched right hand, stylis cradled in left arm; vertical thunderbolt in outer left field. 安菲波利斯造幣廠，生前或逝世後早期品種，約公元前330-320年。雅典娜面右頭像，秀髮呈三束緊密的螺旋髮捲披於頸旁，另有一束掠過太陽穴，兩束垂於肩頭，戴雙層寶珠項鏈和帶三冠飾的科林斯式頭盔，推向腦後，短冠飾，末端分散，盔身裝飾盤蛇。背面幣文ALEXANDROY，尼克女神正面站立，頭向左，伸出的右手持花環，左臂攬花柱；底板左外側橫置的雷電。參Price 164。Price 164。
