    SAMARIA. Neapolis. Antoninus Pius (138 - 161 AD). AE 32mm (20.09 gm). Draped bust of Antoninus Pius right / View of Mount Gerizim; below in front, a colonnade with two arched entrances, stairway on left, flanked by a series of shrines or altars on the slope; leading to a temple seen in three quarter view. Cf. Sofaer pl. 46, 20 (similar type dated  Year 88). Cf. Rosenberger 9 (same). Rough brown-earthen patina. NGC Choice Fine 4/5 - 3/5.
