    Augustus (27 BC-AD 14). AR denarius (19mm, 2h). NGC Choice Fine. Pergamum, ca. 19-18 BC. AVGVSTVS, bare head of Augustus right / CAESAR-DIV F / ARMEN-CAPTA / IMP-VIIII, legend in three lines divided by Armenian captive standing facing, spear in right hand, left resting on grounded bow. RIC I 520 corr. (legend as DIVI). Struck to commemorate the reintegration of Armenia. Very rare issue.
