    Constantine I (AD 307-337). AV medallion of 1-1/2 solidi (24mm, 6.69 gm, 5h). NGC Choice AU 5/5 - 3/5, edge marks. Nicomedia, AD 325. D N CONSTANTINVS MAX AVG, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Constantine I right, seen from front / EQVIS ROMANVS, Constantine I on horseback right, right hand raised; pellet in field between horse's hind legs, SMN in exergue. RIC VII -, cf. 100 (no pellet on reverse). Cohen 139. Gnecchi 9. Biaggi 1966 (this coin). Rare.
