Diademed head of Constantine II right, eyes raised to heaven / CONSTANT-INVS CAESAR, Victory advancing left, wreath upward in right hand, palm in left over shoulder; SMH in exergue. RIC - (cf. RIC VII 145-147 for Constantine I, Constantius II and Delmatius).
