Nero. A.D. 54-68. AE sestertius (34 mm, 24.67 g, 7 h). Lugdunum, ca. A.D. 66. Laureate head of Nero right, globe at point of bust / Annona standing right, holding cornucopia and resting hand on her hip, facing toward Ceres who is seated left on throne, holding torch and grain ears; between, modius on garlanded altar; in background, ship's stern. RIC -, but cf. 494 and 571; BMC -; BN -; WCN -; Cohen -. VF, rough orichalcum and brown surfaces. Apparently unrecorded with this obverse legend.
