ANTONINVS-AVG PIVS P P, laureate head of Antoninus Pius right / ALEXA-NDRIA, Alexandria advancing right, lotus flower on head, crown in outstretched hands; three grain ears to left, crocodile standing right with head reverted at right, S-C across fields, COS II in exergue. RIC III 578. Extremely rare - no examples in sales archives.
